1. Purpose of This Service Policy

This Service Policy outlines the scope, terms, standards, and limitations governing the services provided by ALLIX Reputation Management (“ALLIX RM”). It is designed to ensure transparency, manage client expectations, and define professional responsibilities in relation to reputation management, crisis response, digital marketing, SEO, and related advisory services.

2. Scope of Services

ALLIX RM provides legal-led reputation management and strategic brand protection services, which may include:

  • Online reputation management and monitoring

  • Corporate reputation repair and brand protection

  • Crisis communication and crisis PR management

  • Defamation response strategy (non-litigation unless separately engaged)

  • Digital PR and media strategy

  • SEO and content-led reputation enhancement

  • Social media reputation management

  • Online review management and response strategy

  • Advisory support for individuals, businesses, and corporations

⚠️ Important: ALLIX RM does not guarantee the removal of third-party content unless legally or contractually permissible. Outcomes depend on platform policies, factual circumstances, and third-party cooperation.

3. Nature of Engagement

3.1 Advisory & Strategic Role

ALLIX RM provides strategic, advisory, and execution-based services. Unless expressly stated in writing:

  • We do not act as legal counsel

  • We do not provide litigation services

  • We do not replace external legal representation

Where legal intervention is required, ALLIX RM may coordinate with external law firms or legal professionals, subject to client consent.

3.2 No Guaranteed Outcomes

Due to the nature of digital platforms, public discourse, and third-party content:

  • ALLIX RM does not guarantee specific results, rankings, removals, or reputational outcomes

  • All services are provided on a best-efforts and professional standards basis

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients engaging ALLIX RM agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information

  • Disclose any ongoing legal proceedings, disputes, or regulatory investigations

  • Refrain from publishing false, misleading, or unlawful content

  • Cooperate promptly with requests for approvals, information, or clarification

Failure to comply may limit ALLIX RM’s ability to deliver effective services and may result in suspension or termination of engagement.

5. Ethical & Compliance Standards

ALLIX RM adheres to strict ethical guidelines and will not:

  • Engage in fake reviews, false testimonials, or deceptive practices

  • Suppress truthful public interest information unlawfully

  • Harass, threaten, or manipulate platforms or third parties

  • Publish defamatory, misleading, or unethical content

ALLIX RM reserves the right to decline or terminate engagements that conflict with legal, ethical, or professional standards.

6. Confidentiality & Data Protection

  • All client information is treated as strictly confidential

  • Information is disclosed only with client consent or where required by law

  • Digital data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection and privacy laws in Malaysia

Confidentiality obligations survive the termination of the engagement.

7. Fees, Billing & Payment Terms

  • Fees are agreed in writing prior to commencement of services

  • Services may be billed on a retainer, project-based, or advisory basis

  • All invoices are payable within the agreed timeframe

  • Late or non-payment may result in suspension of services

Fees paid are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • ALLIX RM shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses

  • ALLIX RM is not responsible for platform policy changes, third-party actions, or public reactions

  • Liability, if any, is limited to the fees paid for the specific services rendered

Nothing in this policy excludes liability for fraud or matters that cannot be excluded under law.

9. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the engagement:

  • In accordance with the agreed notice period; or

  • Immediately in cases of material breach, unethical conduct, or non-payment

Upon termination:

  • Outstanding fees remain payable

  • Confidentiality obligations continue

  • ALLIX RM is not responsible for post-termination reputational developments

10. Use of Client Name & Case References

ALLIX RM may reference engagements in anonymised or aggregated form for portfolio, marketing, or case study purposes, unless expressly prohibited in writing by the client.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Service Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts, unless otherwise agreed.

12. Policy Updates

ALLIX RM reserves the right to update this Service Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be made available on our website or upon request.
